Coatings
Chemical dipping
We offer a chemical dipping service to remove excess paint, which other processes struggle to remove, this also removes the top surface layer from the material.
Sand blasting
We offer a sand blasting service to clean parts as a pre-coating process.
Powder Coatings
Powder coating offers a strong and durable protection to your parts, to protect against corrosion and offers a barrier against stone chips. We can offer a range of coatings in pretty much any colour you require (Some colours will require a minimum order value), from suspension arms to a full set of wheels.
Chemical Blacking
Where weight is an issue, we can chemical black components, however we only recommend this on parts that are regularly maintained as it offers limited corrosion protection compared to powder coating.
Anodising
We can offer an anodising service which protects your aluminium parts against corrosion and water damage. This is available in a range of standard colours. This is a good alternative to polishing as it maintains its with minimal maintenance.
Polishing
We can offer a polishing service for the majority of aluminium parts on your vehicle. These parts will require regular hand polishing to maintain the finish.
