AtomicRex specialises in the preparation of your shell prior to the final build. With many years experience of the MSA blue book rules and regulations for UK racing; we are in a strong position to provide an accurate build specification to suit customer requirements depending upon budget whilst ensuring compliance to any specific championship regulatory requirements.

Strip car to bare shell
- Remove unnecessary panels and bracketry
- Remove sound-deadening using Dry Ice
Initial Shell Preparation
- Seam weld to increase chassis stiffness
- Strengthen Strut towers
- Repair shell damage
- Patch unnecessary bulkhead pass-throughs
Roll cage
- Design and fit to MSA, FIA, Drift or Drag regulations
- Choice of cage material; CDS, T45 or Cromolly
- Fit customer supplied cage providing it complies to appropriate regulations
- Fully Welded and certified for scrutineering
- Fit Gussets to tie in chassis to cage
Shell Modifications
- Weld in bracketry for fire extinguishers, ECU, seat mounts etc
- Move and Strengthen suspension points and turrets
- Lightened body panels
- Lightened and strengthened subframes
- Modify Engine and Gearbox mounts
- Final Paintwork
